Welcome to Our Diabetes Education Program

At G. A. Carmichael Family Health Center (GACFHC), we are committed to helping you manage and prevent diabetes through comprehensive education and support. Our classes are designed to provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to live a healthy life. We are proud to be recognized by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) and accredited by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for our diabetes self-management education and support (DSMES) services.
